The dry season from June to September is considered the best time for viewing animals, which coincides with the Great Migration from Tanzania to Kenya. The Serengeti Great Migration is one of nature's most spectacular events, where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and other herbivores move across the Serengeti plains in search of fresh grazing land and water. It's an annual cycle that spans Tanzania and Kenya, driven by the rains and the need for food. The migration typically involves the wildebeest and zebras moving in a circular pattern, following the rain and the growth of fresh grass. This movement also attracts predators like lions, hyenas, and crocodiles, creating one of the most dramatic displays of wildlife interaction on the planet. It's a must-see for wildlife enthusiasts and a testament to the incredible biodiversity and ecological processes of the Serengeti ecosystem.
